I've gone totally insane, nuts, and crazy laughing from reading this.....

As some of you might know, I'm currently lobbying to get the law changed, so I can broadcast my internet station without paying these crazy copyright fees.

But coming across this one last night, it truly takes the cake, I think Kat had originally pointed this one out to me a few months ago, but I had totally overlooked it, until tonight

Rolling on the floor laughing is an understatement, I think I'll need a doctor to save me from laugher-enza.

This is the most outrageous thing I've read in my life... really, it's mad!

Well, LATGA-A (our version of the RIAA) wanted the schools to pay for the rights for the children to sing various songs. It was primarily aimed at music scools that organize concerts. It was changed pretty fast, since nobody outside of the LATGA-A liked this.

Just tell them to take a hike.
No horse is going into court and be a witness that they heard this music.
The owner can't remember playing any music and the farm hands have all went on vacation. Just like Richard nixon- If you don't recall -you don't recall.

That was not making sense until I remembered that in that country they have to buy a license to watch TV.
Been watching the radio issue, the industry is going to p*ss everybody off over their control paranoia that WE the public will just stop buying their product.

Does a horse constitute "the public"? So if nobody is around except the horses, is it truly a "public performance"? How do we know the horses are actually listening? Did they have a say in the matter?

If the horses are public, then they should be allowed to use public restrooms and be allowed access to public lands and buildings.
In theory there’s no difference between theory and practice. In practice there is.

A nickel from yesterday isn't worth a half dollar today.

My Dog only likes early AC/DC. Don't know why, ask him yourself.
Makes as much sense as this ridiculous licensing crap.
Way too much stuff, need a clearing sale
